The 2nd Annual Bouley/Bradley Farm Dinner Came in Like a Lion and Went Out in a Valrhona Chocolate Dome

Despite the rough start- the windstorm that hit at start time and soaked our tables, broke our stem ware and scattered the carefully construed placards, the GPS that sent Chef David Bouley in every direction but the right one, our good natured guests plus the amazing home made brew of Pull Brewing  that started us off, the captivating show and tell wine presentation of Kevin Zraly helped us hit the reset button and enjoy a wonderful afternoon, and a brilliant 6 course menu:

Long Island Duck Roasted Whole with Frenchch Réglisse,
Stone Crushed Polenta, Organic Cherries, Kumquat, Celery Purée

Wild Blueberry and Bulgar Wheat Soup
