Sunday Brunch at Bradley Farm- August 26th 2012

We lucked out with beautiful weather, lots of first time visitors to the farm, and a wonderful meal.
Jean Luc and Jennifer of Picnic outdid themselves with a menu that included chicken liver mouse, a tomato mozzarella salad, eggs benny, brioche french toast, duck confit and an omelete with Ray’s bacon and breakfast sausage as sides . Finish off with a plum tart and sorbet, all while Ray was serving up raytinis,  prosecco and sorbet, and our favorite home brew from Pul Brewing of Brooklyn.
