Hands down our best pig roast!

It was not our first pig roast, but hands down it was our best one! We thank all of our neighbors, friends, family and lots of new customers who came and enjoyed!! Hats off to Blaine Benson – he is a master of the Caja roasting box. If anyone is looking to do a pig roast in Ulster County, trust us, he’s the man.

June 11th, 2017- Tao Restaurant Group Farm Dinner!

Our second farm dinner June 11th featured the Tao Restaurant Group. It was a spectacular afternoon  of incredible food and wine pairings. Hats off to these great guys!

May 21st, 2017- Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group Farm Dinner!

What a way to start our 2017 Sunday Summer Dinner Series.  Four chefs from Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group Joe Tarasco, Executive Chef at Marta, Jason Pfeifer Executive Chef at Maialino, Jessica Weiss Pastry Chef of Maialino and Marta, and Dan Jackson Executive Chef of The Cafes at MOMA thrilled us with a spectacular 5 course meal, with wine pairings by Katie Morton, the Wine Director at Marta. Friday May 5th! Happy Hour at the Farm 4-7 PM! Cinco de Drinko! We are officially rolling out Gotham Project’s NYS wine and rose in a keg, along with our farm brewed beer and local hard cider.  Small bites of authentic Mexican cuisine too!!!
Sunday May 7th!!  BRUNCH at the farm! 11-4 PM Featuring  FARM FAV Guest Chef JUSTIN FARMER, who just left Deer Mountain Inn and  will be cooking up a storm alongside Ray.  Featuring our eggs and bacon,pancakes with organic blueberries. the finest maple syrup from Lyonsville Sugar House in Accord, Bread Alone breads, desserts and lots more, all ala carte.

Plus farm fan Annie Mardiney of  Wild Mountain Bird  Rescue will be there with some of her feathered friends!

What a spectacular evening at The Norm in The Brooklyn Museum! Kuddos to Chef Saul Bolton, who transformed Ray’s produce into a fantastic meal. Thanks to all the diners who participated and the staff who made it happen. Definitely have to do this again!!!

Ray and Chef Saul Bolton team up again! This time with The Norm at  the Brooklyn Museum.  Join us on November 20th for a phenomenal Fall Field-to-Fork Dinner.

We are honored that The Norm, the contemporary American restaurant at the Brooklyn Museum has asked us to  launch their new dinner series. Chef Saul Bolton has created a wonderful menu showcasing the best of Ray’s bounty and Bruce Schneider of the Gotham Project has curated the optional wine pairings!  We can’t wait to share this experience with you!

Bradley Farm Annual Fall Farm Festival – October 16th 2016 12-6 PM

We are super excited for this year’s party! Come up and see all the great improvements to the farm!!! Great food buffet, great beer from Pull Brewing, and lots to do – live music, horse and buggy rides, chain saw carving live demonstrations, portrait paintings, brewery tours and much more.

Ticket price includes all the food, plus 2 beers. 
Kids under 10 are free.

Tickets are $30 until October 1 – price goes up to $35 October 2nd.

Pasties & Pints Sunday September 25th!!! Noon to 6PM

From across the pond to across the street, great friend of the farm William Charnock is sharing his passion for pasties ( British meat pies) with us. Plus farm brewed beer, sides and sweets. Vegetarian option as well. We are a kid, bike and dog friendly farm. Our farm stand will be open and fully loaded – hope to see you there!
